Competitor Pricing “the App” provides Monitor of competitors prices, auto change of store pricing based on rules you create,  MAP & MRP compliance should you add a sheet, display of competitor pricing on your product page “the Service” to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• Track & monitor your top 5 competitor’s prices.
• Makes sure your pricing is always higher than your cost price.
• Add MAP & MRP so you stay compliant with your suppliers.
• Your net pricing will change automatically based on your rules.
• Optimized pricing: Increases your pricing if your competitor’s prices are higher than your prices. Therefore increasing your profits.
• Automatic updates prices to your store.
• Automatic competitor price monitoring.
• Competitor-Pricing displays your competitor’s prices on your product page.
• Monitor unlimited items.
• Update your competitors pricing daily

Additionally, we collect the following types of personal information from you and/or your customers once you have installed the App:  COLLECTING REGISTRATION INFORMATION, COLLECTION OF PRODUCT DATE FROM YOUR STORE AND YOUR COMPETITORS, COLLECTION OF MAP & MRP PRICING Information about you and others who may access the App on behalf of your stores, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and billing information;

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to: Communicate with you; Optimize or improve the App; and Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Data Retention When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records for 12 months after uninstalling the app, unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
